YDC Basements were commissioned to design and install a suitable waterproofing system as part of a conversion of a cellar within a large Victorian villa. We designed a cavity drainage system incorporating membrane, drainage channel and pump station, transforming an old cold damp cellar into a dry habitable entertainment space.
