PRE-APPLIED TANKING

Pre-applied tanking systems are membranes that are applied prior to the construction of a below-ground structure. They are laid over carefully prepared and blinded sub bases and shuttering. When concrete is poured over them, they form a mechanical bond to the concrete resulting in a robust positive side waterproofing barrier.

POST-APPLIED TANKING

Post-applied sheet tanking membranes are placed on a structure after it has been constructed. They are typically adhesive membranes that are temporarily bonded to a carefully prepared surface where they will be later held in place by backfill or poured concrete.
